My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. I have the full management of all the villas that I represent, knowing everything about them and the areas in which they are located. My aim is to help the homeowners to manage their vacation properties to their full advantage and guests to relax and have the finest holiday experience with 24/7 service providing advice and information for all their concerns throughout their stay. Let me be your personal advisor for your holidays and let’s start organising your trip in Crete together! My company which called “etouri” is located in 8 Ioulias Petuchaki str. Rethymno, Crete and is approved by the Greek Tourist Organisation.

Property information

Villa Andreas is located in the traditional seaside village of Panormo only 40 metres from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Villa recently undergone a full interior renovation, now offering a generous space of 250m2. The villa spans across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Each level offers independence to guests as there are various entrances from outdoors making it a perfect layout for everyone. The outdoor facilities include: - Α private 35sq.m swimming pool with non-slip tile around, which can also be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). - An outdoor shower. - Fully equipped charcoal barbecue. - A variety of furnished spots including sun beds and an outdoor dining table. - Outdoor children’s play ground and two soccer goals. - Two adult bicycles and one toddler bike are available for guests to use during their stay. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located in Panormo, a beautiful seafront village. From the villa you are near shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. You have plenty of choices reachable on foot. It is only 22 km from Rethymno and 56 km from Heraklion town. Panormo has supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy, traditional tavernas and cafes which are all reachable on foot. Additionally the nearest organised beach is 40 meters from the villa with another organised sandy beach only 200 meters away. With its Cretan hospitality and traditional character, Panormo ensures an unforgettable visit that features impressions of Crete that will remain in the minds of all of its visitors!
