Host Athina and her mother, including Linda, were all very friendly and hospitable. They ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. House was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was generally very quiet and away from the town. If you want privacy and being away from lots of tourists, then this will meet your requirements. You will need a car if you stay here however, as it is about 20 mins drive to the town centre. The views of the mountains are lovely, and the beds etc are all very comfortable. The hosts are so nice and friendly and will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible so thank you very much Athina, her mother as well as Linda!

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: The air-conditioned holiday villa we offer includes two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, an outdoor pool, an outdoor shower, a large garden with a lawn, spacious courtyards, a rich natural environment among the olive groves and mulberry trees, barbecue facilities, free outdoor parking, free Wi-Fi, free bed linens, regular cleaning, and other services that are listed on our website. Among the mentioned amenities at Villa Vrisi, guests have the opportunity to enjoy their stay in an authentic olive grove with at least 70 trees over 100 years old, spanning an area of 3800 square meters, within which the villa is located, owned by the Kardaris family. Notably, it offers a unique experience for the guest, as they will have the chance to stay in an authentic, peaceful neighborhood in the village of Zakynthos, with local residents, combined with complete privacy. Guests have the opportunity to explore the quiet and beautiful village, go hiking in Mount Vrachionas, visit the old settlement of Agioi Pantes, the Island's Church, and the Casino monument. ACCOMMODATION POLICIES (CHECK IN – CHECK OUT): -Check in from 13:30 onwards -Check out by 10:00 Upon request and communication with the owner of the accommodation, one day before the guest's arrival, the possibility of early check-in and late check-out is provided, depending on the availability of the villa.
REGARDING THE HOST: My name is Nikolaos Liakeas, and I am a Civil Engineer. I was born and currently reside in the capital of Greece, Athens. I am actively involved in the construction industry. My love for my wife, Athena, as well as for the place where she grew up, in one of the unique and authentic villages of Zakynthos, the Agioi Pantes, inspired us to share the experience of our own vacations in our home, Villa Vrisi, with other guests from around the world. This way, we turned our love for our village into a tourism business. The villa was named "Vrisi" because of its location, as in this area, there is abundant natural water from Mount Vrachionas. There are springs and wells within 100 meters of the house, where in the past, the village women used to wash their household clothes because there were no plumbing facilities.
INFORMATION REGARDING THE LOCALITY: The village of Agioi Pantes, near the village of Fagia, is an authentic village, away from the tourist crowds in the heart of the island. It has an elevation of 140 meters and is located 11 kilometers west of the city of Zakynthos. With a population of 339 residents, it is characterized as a rural semi-mountainous settlement, covering an area of 3,581 square kilometers (2011), situated on the outskirts of one of the highest mountains in Zakynthos called "Vrachionas." Villa Vrisi is located in close proximity to all the tourist resorts on the island, and guests have the opportunity to visit them within 10 to 25 minutes. From Villa Vrisi, guests can enjoy a unique view of the nearby "Vrachionas" mountain, the beautiful sunset, the view towards the plain and the city of Zakynthos, as well as the view of the Laganas Bay and Marathonisi Island. The Church of Agios Dionysios and the port of Zakynthos are 11 kilometers away from Villa Vrisi. The nearest airport is Zakynthos International Airport, which is located 11 kilometers from the accommodation. Guests can also visit local shops such as grocery stores and mini-markets. Some examples include Kladis Mini Market in Galaro, approximately 1.2 kilometers away, kostis dionisis, butchery, Agioi pantes zakinthos, at a distance of 500 meters and the tavern-grill "H Thea tsi Rizas Zakinthos in agioi pantes." Larger supermarkets are available at a distance of about 5 kilometers, such as AB Vasilopoulos in Gaitani, as well as the Zante Water Village in Sarakinado for our young friends.
