Welcome to Vivian's Cosy House! A brand new one level house, suitable for up to 8 guests. New, clean, simply decorated, spacious with easy flow among the rooms. It is a fresh accommodation choice, ideal for friends and families. It has 4 cozy bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Located on the ground floor gives the ability to easy access from indoors to outdoors. Open plan layout, spacious and simply decorated, it is an excellent vacation accommodation proposal. Vivian's Cosy house consists of one large apartment with 3 comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a large living area in an open plan with the kitchen and dining area, and a small independent suite with a double bed, a separate full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Entering the apartment, there is the living room, with a big, modern, and cozy corner sofa which can be turned into a comfortable bed. Following the kitchen with brand new appliances and a large dining table with comfortable chairs. Outdoors, there is the swimming pool area with non-slip tiles around, sunbeds and umbrellas are there for you to enjoy. A brick-built barbecue and a traditional Cretan oven will give you the chance to prepare delicious meals.
