Yiannis Sokaki House is a traditional detached house of 50 sqm, recently renovated. It consists of 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom. It has 2 air-condition, free wi-fi, and smart TV. The house has a courtyard with traditional pebbles, where you can have your coffee or breakfast. It is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove and washing machine. The kitchen has the necessary cooking utensils.
Regarding your stay, the host (owner of the house) is available to help you with anything natural. Υiannis lives right next to the property so you can easily ask anything or ask for any service or help.
It is located in a traditional district, in Agia Anastasia. It is 700 meters from the Medieval town of Rhodes (castle). The city center (Mantraki) is only 1.5 km away, 15 minutes on foot. At a distance of 5 meters there is a kebab shop (greek souvlaki) and the most famous pastry shop of the city with fresh sweets and ice cream (gelato Stani). There is a bakery 20 meters away. In the district, at very short distances there are coffee shops, such as Norwegian coffee, Bruno, Grigoris, Coffee Berry, Franklin. A large supermarket is a short distance away (10 minutes on foot) while a mini market is 50m away. Very close to the property there is a cinema (Pallas). Bus: there is a bus stop 10 meters away where bus with number 3 (Rodini) takes you fast to the city center (Mantraki). You will find a bus at the KTEL bus stop, 0,5 km away, with routes to most villages and beaches of the island. There is also a taxi rank 5 minutes away. The house is located in a neighborhood inhabited by locals and is aimed at citizens who want a quiet and peaceful stay. Guests must respect the common quiet hours which are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.
