Spend your dream vacation in a functionally equipped apartment, located in a peaceful environment, in a small picturesque fishing village of Povile, in the vicinity of Novi Vinodolski, in the Kvarner bay area, close to the sea. The apartment is situated on the ground /upper floor of a nice family house. You have at your disposal a living room with a kitchenette as well as three double rooms, one of them (on the ground floor) with a king size bed (i.e. two double beds put together). The accommodation is perfect for a big group of friends, consisting of up to three families, with or without children who want to spend their vacation together. You can enjoy a sea view from the big terrace/roofed loggia, as well as your morning coffee or even a dinner. Within a 5 min. walk, 150 m, you come across a pebble beach, a rock beach and a concrete plateau beach, which you can see from the terrace/loggia as well. A partially roofed parking area is at your disposal anytime as well. You can park your car on the private parking lot in front of the house all the time.Since the apartment is the only accommodating unit on the ground-floor /upper-floor you will not have to share anything.

I, as a host, can interact with you as much as you wish me to. No interaction is, however, necessary after you receive your keys. I will be present in my own apartment for the most part of your stay.

The Kvarner region, the town of Novi Vinodolski and the village resort of Povile where the apartment house Enna is situated has many predispositions for a relaxing and joyful holiday. This destination is the closest Adriatic destination you can get to; it can offer you authentic and unspoiled Adriatic experience without any need to travel much more southwards which you will certainly appreciate after having experienced the summer jams on our highways and our local roads. This is the reason why I chose this location for my vacation house as well. Why leave kilometers of the beautiful beaches behind just to get more to the south. It is a one to two hour drive after you cross the Croatian border.The region is typically Mediterranean with a taint of the green mountain region (Gorski kotar) in the background which can offer you a summer refreshment zone with just a 30 minute drive. The sea is impeccably crystal clean, the climate is mood-boosting and the food is just gorgeous. You will love it! You can enjoy the peaceful, secluded setting of the apartment, but can easily join some live summer events at the nearby cities of Novi Vinodolski, Selce and Crikvenica!
