Apartment Tradicija(55m2 for max 5 persons), a charming holiday house is located in a small and quiet place Kaštel Štafilić between Trogir and Split, surrounded by family houses and is ideal for families and couples looking for peace and quiet. Just 30 meters from the beach and 2minutes walk to the nearest pebble beach, it offers air-conditioning, cable TV,free Wi-Fi and an outdoor barbecue with garden furniture. The house extends through the ground floor where there is a our apartment for live and garage of this first floor connected by external stairs. From the terrace there is a partial view of the sea and the landscape. On the west side there is a terrace (12 m), and on the east side there is a large terrace (30 m). In the garden, in front of the house, the playground is arranged for the youngest visitors. The apartment includes a balcony, a marriage room and a children's room, a spacious living room, a kitchen with cooking equipment, a dishwasher, a kettle, an oven and a private bathroom. Near the apartments you have everything you need: beach, pizzeria, restaurant-tavern, fast food, market, supermarket, post office, bank, pharmacy, children's playground, caffe bar...

The apartment is located in the center of Kaštel Štafilić, between Trogir and Split, fenced yard and private parking ensures your privacy. Nearby there are restaurants and cafes, the beach is 100 m from the apartment, next to the beach there is a children's park, coffee bar and restaurant. Along the place is a promenade for a pleasant holiday.
