Apartments Frankić *** House owned by the family of Snježana and Slobodan Frankić is located in Barbat on the island Rab about 4 km away from the town of Rab and around 6 km from the ferry port Mišnjak. The house is a one-story building. There are five studio-apartments for rent, a common entertainment room and one flat where the family lives. The house is situated in a quiet location in a pleasant neighbourhood only 30 meters from the sea and is surrounded by, garden planted with flowers and fruit trees, sun terrace with deck chairs, playground for children and adults, terrace and parking. Two studio apartments for 4 people: Apartment 1, Apartment 3 and one studio apartment for 2 persons: Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor, and two studio apartments: Apartment 4, Apartment 5 on the first floor. Upon arrival, you will be personally received. You will be shown Apartments Frankić and your holiday apartment, and you will get all the information you need for your stay. You can also contact us at any time during your stay. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are available to all guests of the Apartments Frankić and are located in the common room. Garden terrace with wood and gas grill, garden furniture, parasols, outdoor gatherings, are just waiting for you! There is nothing better than enjoying the outdoors in fine food and pleasant company. Relax and enjoy the sun on the sun loungers on the sun terrace. If you want a little activity, there is a playground for children and adults in the garden. There is a trampoline, badminton and air bowling, and for your youngest members there are swings, a slide and sand for the kids. The entertainment room features a table tennis, a pool table, and electronic darts game, table soccer and a TV-SAT.
Big or small, all dogs are welcome. Of course, all your pets can come with the permission of the owner and at an additional cost. There are two washing machines in the basement. Use on request. A small beach and free boat moorings are about 30 m away from the house. 𝗪𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲 5 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝘁. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. If you come with a trailer and a boat, please park the boat and trailer at the crane operator first. There is no place to turn on the narrow driveway to our house. 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: We assume no responsibility for the berths and their condition. It is your responsibility as the boat owner to properly anchor the boat. You are also responsible for the adequacy and state of the underwater berth in the case of mooring „kolpomorto“. We wish you a pleasant stay!
