The generous living area and panoramic sea view will surely charm you at first glance. Common pool area, used by just one other apartment. Breathtaking sea views from the living room and balcony.

Upon your arrival, you will become my personally created itinerary which contains the best advices and descriptions for sightseeing, beaches, attractions and value for money restaurants. He is included in the price.
Apartment in Villa Maurina is located in Icici, a private residential area right next to Opatija and just 1.2km from Icici beach. This spacious Apartment is only 10 minutes away from Opatija, one of the most beautiful places on the Croatian sea coast. Well known beaches like Medveja or Moscenicka Draga are reachable within 15 minutes.
