Apartments with big Garden ! Old oakwood house traditional Croatian architecture, was transfered from central Croatia from the village Letovanic near river Sava 40 km from Zagreb.House is on 800m altitude above the sea level , on the road to Adriatic sea -20 car minutes !
It was rebuilt and renovated and made up to modern standards .Apartment 1has ground plan according to original , so it was impossible to make big changes inside, we opened space up to max as possible, so we have spacious living room ,with dining and kitchen ,in the same space only bedroom and bathroom has doors. There is also big open gallery with tv and two separate antique beds for smaller adults!
All amenities are there dishwasher,etc airconditioner, in bathroom hairdryer, iron,etc.Bedroom has its own blkony for morning coffe drinking and bird watching,
looking on wood and back garden.
there is big balcony next to livingspace with big garden table for enjoying and eating outside with garden wiew on south side of the house.
In garden there is grillplace, rose bushes and 28 lavander bushes, also vegetable Apartment 2 is looking to woods and has big terrace it is in lower part of house.
Like gardening,music,nature,good food and travelling.
Hobby photography,love animals but have none now .Prefer dogs
There are two lakes,great oportunity for walking tours, fishing, enyojing untouched nature and bird watching, there is also electric boat tour on lake , boat to rent, cave to explore , and everything is so close to the sea but still far enough to have different climate and peaceful enviroment.
Hunt possibilities for big and small game.Fresh green heart of Croatia.
