Located in one of the quieter parts of the Island, set back on the hillside , Apartments Fran is southerly facing , just 150 m from a small beach and sandy cove. Newly built , to the latest standards and spanning 4 floors , the apartment building is positoned centrally on its plot , offering off street parking for guests and communial space around it. Each apartment is freshly decorated and well appointed with a King size bed in the main bedroom and air conditioning. Flat screen TV´s with international TV channels vai satellite and Free WiFi , ensure guests are able to keep up to date with news and events during their stay. Every apartment has a private balcony or terrace and its own shower room with toilet , wash basin and well equipped kitchenette. The apartments on the first floor enjoy a vista of the sea or mountains , whilst those on the second floor offer views over rooftops to rolling inernal hills of the Island or towards Velebit from the bedroom windows on the Nothern side. Every aparment has both an inside dining table to seat all guests and outside patio furniture , allowing the option to eat Al Fresco and enjoy the views and climate.
I am a family man and my main business is based in Zagreb , Apartments Fran is a new venture for me , which I am keen to make a success by offering excellent accommodation at reasonable rates. I will be on site to welcome all guests and offer any assistance you may need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Stara Novalja is one of the quieter towns on the island and local to a small sheltered cove . A small bar and restaurant is within easy walking distance of the apartment with fine dining available at Boskinac Hotel just a few minutes by car. The local bus stop is approximately 100 m from the apartment which will take you to the main town of Novalia or beyond to the lively areas of Zrce beach.
