The house is located in the center of Njivica, 220 m from the beach. There are three apartments in the house. The apartment on the ground floor can host up to 2 people and consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom. The apartments on the first floor are two storey and can host up to 6 people. They consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining room and living room. The apartments have a balcony, satellite TV, air conditioning and WiFi. Pets are not allowed.
