We are so pleased that this apartment was available for our three-day stay in Dubrovnik. We received an incredibly warm and friendly welcome and the location is brilliant for people who enjoy walking to local coffee shops and into the old town. Having a free car park was a bonus as parking is very difficult to find in Dubrovnik. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend.

The family were just absolutely brilliant. So friendly and helpful, even organising an Uber for us to get us back to the airport. We had the ground floor self-contained unit. The property was clean and had all the necessary facilities with a gratis bottle of homemade wine, water, and a couple of beers. You are over 1KM from the old town, and it is a hilly walk, although the number 6 or 10 buses will get you very close.

Self check-in was very convenient. The air conditioning worked well. Car parking was very handy as parking around the area is scarce. The kitchen provided everything we needed.

Clean apartment and lovely owner who was very welcoming with a glass of lemonade! Location is well placed between the Old Town and the Port area, 15 minute walk to either area or €5 Uber. The sun terrace is beautiful and has lovely views as well

The apartment was amazing, it has a parking included which is a big plus in Dubrovnik. The location was great - walking distance to the Old town and also to the beach. Apartment was fully equipped, everything what you need and it has nice garden as well. Host is very friendly and welcomed us greatly. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

We enjoyed our stay at Nina&Anita’s place very much, we were greeted with cold lemonade on a very hot day and were allowed to check in earlier, the apartment was clean and cozy, very good AC, very good location, only 15-20 min walk to old town or just a 5 min bus ride, bellevue beach was just a 10 min walk away. There is a washing machine, kettle, stove, oven, what would make it even more perfect is a microwave :) but food can be heated on the stove also. There’s a really nice terrace where we had our breakfasts and morning coffee. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

This is a lovely studio apartment very close to the Old Town with every amenity you will need close by. The owners keep it in excellent condition, and there is plenty of room. They are not intrusive but are available to answer any questions you may have. When we come back to Dubrovnik, we will, hopefully, be staying here.

The hosts were just incredible. Greeted us when we arrived, showed us how to use appliances and gave us a glass of wine to welcome us. They were so accommodating and no ask was too big! Nina and Anita were truly the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of meeting on one of my trips. The apartment was really well located as well, was clean and very comfortable. My only comment would be that the kitchen area is tiny, so it makes preparing food quite difficult but we managed on the one night we had in.
