This house is located in a sunny location in Novi Vinodolski, just 200 m from the beach. A total of three apartments are in offer, very modern and well equipped. A grill and parking lot are available to all guests. Please note that an air conditioning fee of 5 euro per night is not included in the price.

Neighborhood info

In the central part of the northern Croatian coast, from the old Frankopan fortress called Novigrad, the tourist town of Novi Vinodolski developed and expanded along the sea coast. Hospitality of the local population, crystal clear sea, various beaches, town and surroundings free of industrial pollutants, numerous vineyards, hunting areas, fresh air, well-maintained cycling and hiking trails, viewpoints and promenades - all that gives the Novi Vinodolski Riviera priceless ecological advantages, especially for the development of the tourism and hospitality industry. This city, among other things, preserves the Vinodolski zakonik from 1288, the oldest Croatian legal monument written in glagoljica.
