The house with pool is located in Omisalj, only 500 m away from restaurants and shops, and 1400 m away from the beach. There are 2 apartments in the house. The apartment on the ground floor has two bedrooms, kitchen with dining room and living room, bathroom, beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and garden furniture. In the high attic there is an apartment with three bedrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom. One bedroom and living room open onto a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the town center. The apartments are air conditioned, have free WiFi and guests can use the pool and fireplace. The ground floor apartment has TV without satellite and the attic apartment has Sat-TV. Parking is located in the yard. Pets are allowed at an additional cost.
