If you crave a location just a stone's throw from the beach, in proximity to the captivating attractions of Split's world heritage sites, yet graciously distanced from urban clamor, look no further. You've discovered the ideal spot for a tranquil and relaxing getaway for the entire family.
Jasna, my friend personally welcomes you during check-in, guiding you through the apartment for a comfortable stay. She's readily available for any questions via Booking or in person, as she resides in the building next door. Please provide your ID or passport during check-in for mandatory eVisitor registration (by Croatian law), ensuring a compliant and pleasant stay.
Our neighbourhood offers serene and family-friendly atmosphere. Without the crowds and with minimal traffic our location has a laid-back ambiance, making it an ideal for families seeking a harmonious holiday environment. Our property has parking available, and if you're arriving with more than one car, just let us know. You can explore nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach on foot, as they're all within an 8-minute walk. A bus station is just 70 meters away, making public transportation easily accessible. Split city center is a short 10-15 minute drive by car or Uber.
