Holiday Home Eda can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in Ročko Polje, a small village situated in central Istria near the town of Buzet, surrounded by nature. This 100 m2 big holiday home features an outside garden of cca 2000 m2 and a fresh water swimming pool 7x4 m. The house is equipped with modern-rustic furnishings. It consists out of 3 bedrooms; one with 2 single beds and the other two with double beds and a baby cot in one of the rooms. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a living room. Kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave and a high chair for children. It also has an outdoor swimming pool, summer kitchen and dining area with a fireplace in a separated pool house, outdoor sitting area with grill. Free WiFi, air conditioning, free private parking and satellite TV are also available. Washing machine, safe, iron and ironing facilities are available free of charge.

Ročko Polje is a small village situated 12 km away from the city of Buzet. Buzet is situated in the very north of Istria near the border with Slovenia. Its historic core, dating from the Middle Ages lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river – the Mirna. Today, Buzet is widely known as the 'City of Truffles' since the forests along the Mirna River are especially rich in this divine tuber. This part of Istria is well known for climbing in "Buzetski kanjon" and for the numerous hiking trails, one of the most famous ones is the trail of 7 waterfalls that sets of nearby. The Istrian thermal resort "Istarske toplice" is situated only 22 km from the property and is settled in the untouched nature outside the city where greenery, quiet and peace offer a particular atmosphere for the perfect repose. The smallest town in the world, Hum, is situated only 5 km from the property. Apart from being famous as the smallest town in the world, it has also been recently promoted as the Town of biska.
