"Make Yourself at Home!" Villa Tovarovica is family property, maintained and owned by Irena and Nenad Severin. We love the feeling that our guests feel relaxed like at home, enjoy Mediterranean sun, nature and atmosphere. We are always at your full disposal, you can contact us whenever you have a question or need and there is also local agency taking care about the house, pool, our guest and their needs.

Villa Tovarovica is Mediterranean villa in the countryside of beautiful middle Dalmatian town Primošten, away from the busy beach area, surrounded by vineyards and olive yards, with a beautiful swimming pool of great size. Still, it is only 3,5km air distanced from see and 8,5km by road away from numerous beaches in Primošten. The villa has been built with a modern style, yet still has a traditional stony rustic feel to it. Every particular is designed with passion, love and attention for detail. It has four fully equipped separated apartments with six bedrooms, which can host up to 14 people. We also have big garden kitchen with open BBQ and pizza oven. Guest can use entertainment basement equipped with table tennis, darts, pool billiard and table football. Villa is placed on large piece of land so guests don’t need to interfere with other people, which is especially good in context of pandemia situation. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, as well as terrace. But the big central terrace plus the one near the swimming pool can host all the guests together for the joint meals or long pleasant hours during warm evenings. We are pet friendly.

Villa Tovarovica is placed in Burnji Primošten, the countryside of beautiful middle Dalmatian town Primošten. There are also lots of activities nearby – quad driving, kayaking, fishing, tennis playing… Primošten and its famous beaches are just 10 minutes away and to reach two great national parks, Krka waterfalls and Kornati islands, you need less than an hour. Historical Šibenik is only 25 kilometres away and Diocletian’s Palace in Split is 60 kilometres away. Split airport is 45kn away. For nautical addicts, Marina Kremik and Marina Frapa are few kilometres away from us.
