Beautiful sea, city and mountain views, a lot of greenery around the place, very peaceful and quiet area of the city with very simple access to main road which lead to either Split or Trogir which are 30 and 20 minutes away by car. Entire lot has cca 2360m2, around 500m2 of lawn ideal for team games and for kids, garden area of roughly 250m2 where we planted local seasonal products for our guests, vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis. Then there is little park which is also around 400m2, with two seating areas around the fish pond with real Japanese Koi fish in multiple colors. Living area is cca 235m2 divided into two separate units with two entrances), rest of the place is where the lemon and olive trees are planted. Pool area with another bathroom and outside shower together with 10 sunbeds and sun umbrellas are at your disposal. Also there is secure parking for two large vehicles and plenty of parking in front of the house. We tried to equip the place with everything we could think of to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I remain at your disposal, and if there are any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact me either via phone call or message.
