Our family house is situated just 100 m away from the sea and 200 meters to the nice pebble beaches around in the quiet old town center of Kaštel Lukšič between historical stone houses. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, dining room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, upper terrace and sitting place in front the house. This cozy small house is newly furnished and decorated in a seaside design and modern equipped with air condition, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, dishwasher, induction cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, grill, washing machine, hair dryer, boiler, kitchen towels, bed sheets, bathroom towels, beach umbrella and beach towels. On the ground floor you can find fully equipped kitchen with dining room and bathroom with toilet and shower. On the first floor is one bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and 1 sofa. On the second floor there is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and 1 single bed (120x200 cm), bathroom with toilet and nice terrace with sitting place for relax. Both bedrooms are separate rooms with doors. In the staircase corridor there is enough space for luggage.
This stone house is ideal for 4 to 6 persons. Guests have the whole house at their disposal, for their own privacy. Suitable for friends or families with children. Your kids can enjoy playgrounds and many small beaches nearby with crystal cleaned water. The quiet yard in front the house is ideal for children - there are no cars :-) Parking on the streets around is free. This place is the right place for people who are looking for an unique experience, to get in touch with local people and the atmosphere of the old medieval town. The entire neighborhood is family friendly, people are nice and kind. There are lot of grocery stores in the near, outside market with fresh fish and vegetables, post office, pharmacy… Road connections are very good. Bus line connection (37) goes every 20 min direction Trogir - Split. In 20 mins you can reach city Center of Split and in 15 minutes Trogir. Bus station is 5 min walk from the house. Airport is around 10 km in Trogir direction.
Charming seaside village Kastel Luksic is in the middle of Kastela Riviera between Split and Trogir. In Lukšič there are many good restaurants with local food, supermarkets and outside market, where you can buy fresh fish and fruits and vegetables. On the coast there is an old medieval castle Vitturi with a museum and church. Tips for trips: - 15 km long seside promenade ideal for walking or cycling along the sea and visitting the other villages of Kaštela - visitting Split or Trogir (15 minutes by car or bus) - swimming and snorkelling on island Ciovo (15 minutes by car) - fortress Klis near Split (Games of Thrones) - 30 minutes by car - forest park Marjan in Split - NP Krka waterfalls - islands boat trips (Brač, Hvar, Korčula) - mountain Kozjak - walking or cycling trails
