This newly-decorated designer apartment offers you two units. A studio suite and a room, both with a private bathroom. Studio suite offers you in its 30m2 a secluded extra large bed, a pull-out sofa, a small, but fully functioned kitchen with an oven and a dish-washer. Room in its 20 meters squared offers you queen size bed together with a writing desk and reading chair. Units have private bathroom with an rain shower, hair dryer and toiletries as well as air conditioner, flat screen TV, safety box and free Wi-fi.
My wife and I are always available to our guests via e-mail, SMS or telephone. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or in need of any information. We will do our best to help you create your memories.
Luxury Residence Mareta is located in the very heart of Old Town, just a few steps from Diocletian's Palace and a ten minute walk from the nearest beach. It is a part of an 1850-es original stone house under the protection of UNESCO as a part of the cultural heritage of Split and Croatia. You enter the house from the promenade which locals call Riva and where they traditionally spend every sunny day drinking coffe, meeting friends, finding love... It is definitely the best place to feel the domestic vibe. There you can find many restaurants, caffe's, bars, clubs and stores, each of them overlooking the crystal-blue sea and the islands of Brač and Šolta. Due to its amazing location and its surraundings it might be more suitable for younger travellers during July, August and September that are looking for fun and amazing night life.
