We welcome you to MINMAR Apartments in the city center of Rijeka. It´s close to all convenient amenities (Main square - Korzo, restaurants, pubs, museums, galleries, church, cathedral, supermarkets, ship terminal and ferry station). The apartment is newly furnished and equipped in 2022 with everything you might need: complete kitchen, washing machine, Smart TV’s, AC, free Wi-fi / Netflix, bedroom, dining area and private bathroom. Possibility to accommodate up to 4 persons on request (2 × adults & 2 x children). The apartment is located on the second floor if you enter at the main entrance of the building (Ulica Frana Kurelca 6). The side entrance is at Ulica Ivana Dežmana 5, and on that side the apartment is located on the upper ground floor. The building is secured at the entrance and monitored by security cameras 24/7. Nearest parking garage (ZAGRAD 1 & 2 or A & B), public parking´s (“Parkiralište Korzo” and “Parkiralište Trg Gomila), local bus station/public transport are just few minutes walking distance away from the apartment. The great thing of being in the city center means easy access to the hottest restaurants, shops and attractions, as well as nearby places of practical use like grocery stores and transportation hubs.
