Klare Weiterempfehlung! Absolut spitze! Das Haus war sehr sauber, qualitativ eingerichtet und vorallem die zentrale Lage ist für uns ein großes Plus gewesen. Man erreicht alles in kürzester Zeit per Fuß und ist dementsprechend flexibel. Die Gastgeberin Ivana spricht deutsch, englisch, war sehr sehr nett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dear guests, we are very happy you are considering our house as your holiday destination! Our vacation house is located in the center of Novalja, a small town well known for its party beach Zrće, ("Croatian Ibiza" ). It is only a few minutes walk from the bars, shops, restaurants, museums, pharmacy, market, sea, club, bus station to Zrće beach...etc. The closest beach is 500 m away. The house has a garden with a jacuzzi and a stone barbecue, big terrace, 2-3 parking spaces, 3 bedrooms (every room has wifi, balcony, air-condition, and cozy beds), small living room/bedroom (with a sofa bed and smart TV), 2 bathrooms (bathtub, shower, washing machine,2 toilets), kitchen (dishwasher, 2 fridges, toaster, oven, coffee machine, kettle...). We provide you with a few board and card games, as well as a Samsung tablet, to make your stay more fun. Our house is located in the quiet living area, so you can have your rest at nights but still, you are just 3 minutes walk from everything you may need on your vacation.
Novalja is famous for its party beach Zrće ("Croatian Ibiza"), that is located 2,5 km from the town center, but there is a city bus that drives all night and day, so no worries about getting from and to parties. Also, there is one night club in city center, just 3 minutes walk from our house, so having a good time in Novalja is guaranteed.
