Our brand new luxury room is situated in the Main Center of Split, only a couple of minutes walk from the Western part of Diocletian's Palace and the Main part of Promenade street. The Area is called "Matejuška". The room is located on the ground floor of the beautiful old stone house, built on the top of famous rocks known as "Tomića stine" (Stones of Tomich family). The house is located on the corner of road access, facing the Park, the Promenade street and the harbor. The Entrance is on the back side of the building (north side) which makes it the ground floor, but facing the street makes it the first floor with a beautiful sea-view. It's equipped with queen size bad, free wi-fi, cable TV, air condition, mini refrigerator, kettle, Room is a small, nice space within stone walls and just next to all tourist attractions, not far from the Bus and Train Terminals and the Ferry Terminal as well. It has got a great panoramic view of the harbor, the Promenade street and Yacht Marina. 2-MINUTES WALK TO DIOCLETIAN PALACE 1-MINUTES WALK TO BARS, RESTAURANTS, STREET PARKING, SUPERMARKET, RENT A CAR 10-MINUTES WALK TO THE FERRY PORT, CENTRAL BUS/TRAIN STATION, AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS,
I am an optimistic person, love my children, love art, love to travel and love to host you, my dear guests:)
Our neighborhood is populated by domestic residents who are really quiet, nice and friendly people. There are a lots of restaurants (Fetivi, Dujkin Dvor, Fife, Tinel, etc.), and a couple of shops ("Tommy" and "Studenac") very close to the place. as well as bakery shop and the "Last minute" Rent'a car, including many other services. Just between the face of our stone house, there are steps going up to the top of the most popular hill called "Marjan", where you might enjoy hiking and lovely panoramic view of Split and its surroundings.
