Perched on a small hill, close to Vela Beach and the emerald waters of the sea, are these super chic, air-conditioned holiday apartments! These new holiday apartments have been designed by a well-known Croatian architect and it really shows the moment guests enter. The entire inner space of each apartment is very stylish and has been complemented with big glass doors and windows that lend it an overall refreshing vibe. Please Note: - The pool is NOT heated - Property has space for 2 cars to be parked. - A damage deposit of 1500 EUR is required for under 21 years old groups. - Baby chair charges : 15 EUR per stay to be paid with the reservation. - The owner provides the guests with a simple power cable for charging their electric cars for an additional fee. - The house is sustainable.
