JAZZY - brand new renovated upper ground floor apartment blends the modern comfort with the elegant old stone house architecture. It offers you a bright and spacious air-conditioned open concept living room with a comfortable sofa and a charming chaise-lounge, both perfect for a lazy afternoon with a glass of wine and numerous TV channels on your disposal, a flat-screen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a graceful modern art collection on the walls. A dining area and a well-equipped kitchen continues in the same modern, yet classy style, providing you with high-quality appliances: stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, espresso coffe machine and toaster. You will love that spa feeling of your bathroom with its wooden floor, comfortable shower and soothing natural colors. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and clean towels, washing machine, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. Your complete serenity will be found in the romantic bedroom, on the high brand new mattresses and pillows, with air conditioning, soft lights, maybe with my Book of tips about Split (as I’m a tour guide) and the deep silence while the medieval old town is falling asleep.
I'm Nina and was born in Split, but lived and worked as a film director for years in Rome and Rio de Janeiro. When I came back to Split, 8 years ago, I also got into the tour-guiding world somehow ☺, and I do enjoy it. Love for art, creativity, storytelling, history, travels and making people happier – is what connects my two jobs and I hope you will feel it too, through the atmosphere of my apartment. My husband, me and our apartment manager Mary really pride ourselves on doing our best to provide a great service, and adding a little something special to travellers stays in our city. As I am a tour guide, Jazzy is provided with city maps, holiday brochures, tourist agencies flyers, and my Book of tips. I can help you to chose excursions, car rental, city tours and anything you need for your perfect holiday. We live 10 minutes from Apartment Jazzy and we are always on your disposal, as much or as little as you desire. Feel free to contact us in English, Italian or Portuguese. Have nice journey! Amazingly, Jazzy is located right between the Diocletian Palace (historical Roman core of Split) and the most popular Split beach famous for its night life – both being 4 minutes’ walk from the apartment. In the immediate vicinity, at the 6 minutes walking distance, you will find a Ferry Port, Train station and Central bus station. Although we are in the popular old town center, close to everything, Jazzy is located in the very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is an intimate oasis and a perfect start point for your exploration. There's no need for any means of transportation as the place is near all the most suggestive ,important venues in the city and you just need to use your feet and walk around exploring Split. The best city 24/hr bakery, as well as a green market and a supermarket, ATM, restaurants and fast foods are 3 minutes’ walk from Jazzy. Typical local bar is right around the corner. Split International Airport is 21 km from the Apartment Jazzy. At your request we can arrange transport from or to the airport (40 euros one way)
