Our apartment is located in a family house in a residential part of Sibenik. We are located a 5 minute easy walk to the old town and its sights. All institutions and shops are within walking distance. From our apartment you quickly reach the fortresses for which we are famous as well as the concerts of famous performers that take place on them. Nearby is the Šubićevac Forest Park for all recreationists. Tennis courts where tournaments are held and a football stadium are in the immediate vicinity. From the apartment you have a quick exit to the road to the Krka National Park, and from the waterfront you can go to the nearby islands of Zlarin, Prvić, Kaprije or Žirje. The promenade of St. Anthony, the Cathedral of St. James, the sea fortress of St. Nicholas, NP Kornati are just another plus why visit Šibenik and stay in our comfortable apartment.

My name is Tanja, I have been renting since 2016. We started renting the first apartments in our house by the sea on the island of Žirje, and from 2021. we decided to rent in Šibenik. We are helpful hosts, we care primarily about cleanliness, accuracy, good communication and we are not intrusive. Although we do not live in the house where the apartment is located, we wish our guests a pleasant stay in our apartment and we are at their disposal via messages and mobile phones at all times. Our neighborhood is a quiet residential area in the city of Sibenik. There are family houses around us. We are surrounded by a forest park and there is a lot of greenery nearby. The neighborhood is very safe and there are no unpleasant events.
