We live in two cultures that have given us a lasting impression; the Croatian and the Swiss culture. It was our pleasure to design the apartment in a modern and yet individual style with Swiz quality. The warm colours of the apartments are in harmony with the scenery of the country. From the balconies you will have a wonderful view of the Sea and the Velebit Mountain. You will spend your holidays in a family like ambience, as your wellbeing is important to us.

Our Apartments are located only 300 m from the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea in the historic village of Zaton. Dalmatian offers virgin nature, deep blue sea, beautiful beaches, old pine trees, just as much as enchanting sunsets. Whether you are looking for an active holiday or more relaxing, there is something for everyone to explore and find. The Dalmatian leaves no wish unfulfilled. The National Parks XXXXX north of Velebit are only a few of the many destinations that will interest you. You will find your true Adrenaline kick with the White Water Rafting at the Zramania River or by climbing the Velika Paklenica Canyon. Of historical interest is the Harbour City of Zadar. It situated only 15 km Zaton and here you can explore the history of Zadar and also treat yourself to the wonderful Croatian Mediterranean Restaurants.
