We offer two apartments square size 39m2 (can accommodate 4 persons) and 30m2 (can accommodate 3 persons). They are located at the Austrougarian villa. The apartments were completely renovated in the summer of 2022. Both apartments have a sleeping room, kitchen with dining area, living room, and bathroom. The kitchen and bahroom are fully equipped. Just take your personal belongings, everything else is in the apartments and included in the price (bed linen, towels, toiletries, air conditioners per apartment, washing machine, WIFI, satellite TV, Netflix). During winter months, heating is provided by air conditioning. Please give us a call on our mobile phone number when you arrive at the address, or at least 30 minutes before your arrival. We will wait for you, take you to your parking space and then to your apartment. We will hand over the keys and explain everything that you need to know.

The villa is located in a part of the town called Veruda and is situated in a very close vicinity to the sea and to all the main town beaches. The villa is surrounded by pine trees and situated in a very quiet area, thus offering a pleasant stay. There is always a free parking space in the pine wood, right next to the apartments. The apartments overlook a park and a pine wood. They are located 25 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from the city centre. Located in close vicinity to all the main town beaches, some of which are within a 10-minute walk or 2-3 minutes by car. 100-200 m away you will find everything you might need: a butchers shop. fish shop, groceries (supermarkets), post office, bank, pharmacy, and health centre. There are also local bus stops nearby. The airport is about 9 km away. All the main cultural and archaeological attractions of Pula are located within a 30 minutes walk or 5-10 minutes by car. The beautiful South Istrian beaches are 13 km away (15-20 minutes drive).
