Villa Cati was completely renovated and modernized in 2022. The fully air-conditioned villa with a heated pool is located on the edge of the forest in Gostinjac and offers peace and quiet from everyday life. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant stay in spring and autumn. The nearest sandy beach Spiaggia Sv. St Marak is only 7 minutes drive away. You can find many other beaches, excursion destinations and tips in our guest book. The house is furnished to a high standard and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and each with a bathroom. A fully equipped and open kitchen with living and dining room, guest toilet is on the ground floor. In the basement is a living and games room equipped with table football, darts, badminton, toilet and a pull-out couch for two additional guests. Each living room and bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and TV. An additional baby travel cot, children's crockery and chair are available for families. A washing machine is also available in the adjoining room. The garden area offers a covered outdoor kitchen with a grill and a comfortable seating area. The pool with sunbathing area under the palm trees provides relaxation. At the rear of the house is a lounge with an open fireplace to lounge on next to the trees. A contact person will greet you at check-in. If he doesn't make it in time or you're late, there is a key box. That means you can even arrive at night. In this case, the contact person will greet you the next morning and is then available for all questions during the entire stay. Boat tours can also be booked with a skipper if requested in advance.

The Villa Cati is located on the edge of the forest and is therefore very quiet. Due to the location, many beaches, shops and sights can be reached in a few minutes. More information and precise descriptions can be found in the guest book or from the on-site team, which is available throughout your stay. There are two parking spaces directly in front of the house. Access to Villa Cati is via a road that narrows 10m in front of the house. This is not a problem for normal cars, large vehicles such as mobile homes do not fit through here and have to be parked away.
