Villa Duchess is a newly renovated, 200 m2, modern villa that offers an elegant spacious interior with wide terraces from which you can enjoy stunning views of Dubrovnik city, bay, islands and much more. Villa consists of two spacious floors. Both floors offer an open-plan stylish living/dining areas with tables for 6 and comfortable lounge areas with air-con and satellite TV. On every floor there are two fully equipped bedrooms, with astonishing views, wardrobes, work stations and air-conditioning, and also there are two bathrooms with washing machine. Villas location provides a full privacy and relaxation in its spacious panoramic terraces with lounge chairs. Large summer kitchen and a barbeque facility are at guests disposal, while just a few steps down is a private beach, a rocky seafront tamed by a spacious pier where you can take a dip into the clear Adriatic Sea and enjoy the sun and the summer breeze. Wifi is available throughout the property. Villa can accommodate up to 9 people in its 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, and a private parking with garage is included at the location.
Villa Duchess is situated in Lozica, one of the most beautiful places in Dubrovnik Region. This is an exclusive destination where secluded seaside villas are built along the coast, offering you a dream holiday in a peaceful and private place known for its natural beauty and spectacular panoramic sea views, as well as overwhelming sunsets This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. We recommend renting a car or using taxis for getting around so that you really make the most of what the area has to offer. House is easily accessible with the car and it takes only 10 minutes drive to reach the Old town.
