Welcome to this newly built holiday home ideally located in a quiet street with only a minute walk to the beach.
Modernly furnished featuring a sweeping staircase, large open-concept kitchen and living room, two spacious bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom, a large terrace over looking a beautiful garden and a private parking ensuring you have everything you need for your holiday.
On the ground floor there is:
- an open-concept kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, dishes, cookware and glassware
- a dining table for five people
- living room with a sofa, ottoman, TV and a shelving unit,
- a toilet.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, of which one bedroom has a balcony and a working desk.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Large terrace with a dining table for six people and bio-climatic pergola lets you enjoy the terrace no matter the weather conditions.
The apartment has its own entrance, providing guests with total privacy.
There is a dedicated private parking with a pathway which leads to the apartment.
The guests may also enjoy the garden and outdoor shower which is perfect for hot summer days.
The guest may always ask for any tips, recommendations or help during the stay - either from me as a host or a co-host. Someone shall always be there for you.
The house is located in the peaceful and safe neighborhood, with only a minute walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk from the supermarket and 10 minutes walk from the center of the city of Punat.
