Villa Rustika is a charming coastal villa set on a 500 m² plot, accommodating up to six guests. Spanning 120 m², the villa combines rustic style with modern amenities, blending Mediterranean charm with contemporary comforts. Just 1500 meters from the sea, it offers convenient access and a peaceful setting. The garden is planted with Mediterranean vegetation, including century-old olive trees, surrounding a 20 m² pool with wooden loungers and an outdoor shower. The villa offers two fenced parking spaces and a stone barbecue. A covered terrace with a wooden dining set for six provides a perfect spot for outdoor meals, while an upstairs terrace, accessible via outdoor stairs, offers sea views. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a fireplace, LED TV, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views and a bathroom. Near the villa, you’ll find numerous hiking and cycling trails winding through picturesque vineyards and olive groves. The island of Krk offers various attractions; just a few kilometers away are the towns of Krk, Vrbnik, and Malinska with local restaurants, shops, and bars where you can sample Vrbnička Žlahtina wine and other local delicacies.
