Villa Sunsea is a family villa located in Vodnjan, 10 km from Pula. Pula Airport is 14 km away and the first beach Peroj is 6 km away. It has a fully fenced yard with a heated pool, barbecue and parasols. It consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms; two with shower, one with bathtub. One bathroom has a dryer and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and a coffee machine. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV. Free private parking and Wi-fi are provided. The villa has 6 air conditioners.

Since there are 2 unfinished houses near Villa Sunsea, we must clarify that we can not put any bans on potential noise that may occur during guest stay. We expect that there will be no construction works during the stay at Villa Sunsea, as it is the summer season. During summer months, construction works prohibition is usually in force in most tourist towns of Croatia. In case that there will be construction works, we will escalate to local authorities to help us out and to try to stop them as soon as possible. However, we can not be responsible if some of the construction companies employed nearby, decide to do any kind of construction work on the spot, disregarding the law. The villa is located in Vodnjan, a small Istrian town. The city of Vodnjan is close to all of the major tourist destinations in Istria, such as Pula, National Park Brijuni and Rovinj.
