A beautiful, bright and friendly apartment on the upper floor with separate entrance awaits you in the green outskirts of Budapest. Strong Wifi supports homeoffice. Here you can enjoy the advantages of this young and lively city, without sacrificing your comfort. You will find a modern and high quality apartment in the countryside, a secure fenced parking for your car, quiet undisturbed nights, even in high summer fresh air through the extraordinary location in the Hüvösvölgy valley. Your little dog is also welcome (please share the information about breed and size with us, if it is a bigger dog). Tired after your day trip or city trip? Relax in the beautiful garden, have a barbecue together or make a campfire (only in the warmer months). The apartment is located on the upper floor of the refurbished house with lovely garden. The apartment enchants with its bright and friendly atmosphere, with skylights, roof beams and maisonette. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need for a successful holiday. Enjoy this charming apartment as our guests.
We are Katrin and Christophe, a German-French couple. We have our roots in Dresden, Germany and the Alsace-Region in France. We gave up our good live in Germany and chose the adventure and a happy life in Hungary. We are living since August 2018 with our teenaged daughter Elsa and our young dog Toffie in this upscale area of Budapest. We love this city and would like you to feel comfortable and at home while visiting. Our wish and aim is to enable you a carefree and relaxed vacation in beautiful Hungary.
The location of the apartment combines the closeness to the lively city-center with a possibility of real relaxation in green surroundings. You are fast by car or public transport in the center of Buda or Pest. The lake Balaton can be reached in about 1 1/2 hours. The exciting destinations of Szentendre, Visegrád, Esztergom are easily reached. The direct environment of the apartment invites you to linger and stroll. Beautiful walks start a stone's throw away. The bus station is only 100 m away from the apartment. If you are by car, you can drive a little closer and leave your car at the P&R in Hüvösvölgy (300HUF per day), directly at the final station of the tram, which brings you to the city center. You want to explore the beautiful city of Budapest and the surrounding area without having to worry about the traffic of the city center and having to search for a parking space in the city center every day. You love the city center of Budapest during the day and sunset and still want to sleep peacefully, away from the bustle of the city, noise and polluted city air?
