I believe we have cozy apartment in the heart of Budapest. We did our best to renovate the flat and made this place really friendly and comfortable. Since we're located in downtown - everything is very close. KFC, Starbucks, Burger King, McDonald's, Arena Mall, subway, central railroad station, a bunch of landmarks, etc... everything is within 300-400 meters distance from apartment entrance. The apartment is not big but two-levels and in total their area is 40 square meters. On the second level there are two beds. This is a great place for relax and retreat. On the first level there are wardrobe, cafe table, comfortable armchairs, sofa with lots of cushions and cabinet. On the floor there is a new soft carpet that harmoniously fits the furniture. On the walls hang paintings and mirrors which complement the pleasant modern interior. In front of window on the terrace flowers bloom. Bathroom toilet and kitchen were completely renovated and now they shine with their purity and beauty. In the kitchen there are a lot of dishes, electrical appliances, bar table and bar chairs which make it attractive and not quite ordinary. Good lighting helps to see all the charms of the apartment.

Neighborhood is really cool. There's shopping mall within couple of meters from entrance, or even huge Arena Plaza Mall (largest mall in Europe, I guess) in about 700 meters. The street is renovated, full of green trees. Lot of little businesses, cafeterias can be found nearby. Beautiful Central City Park (Varosliget) with medieval castle, little lake with ducks and huge amount of green vegetation is located just in 800 meters. Famous Square of Heroes in 1km. World-known thermal bath Szechenyi - in about 900m.
