Accommodation can be occupied after 15:00 and must be leave until 10:00 on the day of departure. 2. Personal and self check in is possible at a pre-arranged time at the telephone number provided. 3. Guests without registration are not allowed in the accommodation. Otherwise to the owner the unregistered guest has the right to request the departure. 4. Before occupying the accommodation, the guest(s) are obliged to present their documents (identity card or passport) for registration in the NTAK system. If this is refused accommodation cannot be occupied for the booked period. 5. All forms of smoking are FORBIDDEN in the apartment. Smoking is possible in front of the house or in the yard without disturbing the neighbors. Smoking penalty: 500 euros 6. House parties, bachelor parties, bachelor parties, birthday parties, etc. are not allowed in the apartment. Party penalty: 1000 euros 7. It is FORBIDDEN to damage the furniture or furnishings. If you do, your payment will be charged. Rearrangement of furniture is FORBIDDEN. 8. The apartment is located in a family zone. For the sake of peaceful coexistence, we ask our guests to take this into account between 8 pm and 8 am and to drive quietly in the house. 9. When the stay is longer than a week, we provide cleaning (change of bed linen and towels) for our guests at a pre-arranged time. 10 Please leave the rubbish in the rubbish tank next to the entrance door.
