The fine print
Something odd is coming! During the renovation, the hotel main entrance is temporarily relocated to the Garden Lobby, Ashta Mall (near Botanica restaurant).
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of Rp 1,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
