Our newly designed space is conveniently located just a few minutes' drive from the local shopping mall and walking distance to a minimart, making it the perfect spot for a city break. You will be just a 5 minutes drive away from the famous Nasi Jamblang Ibu Nur and Empal Gentong Hj Apud, and a 10-minute drive from the Train Station. The space The house boasts a modern and spacious living room and dining area, complete with a 42-inch TV featuring Netflix, and a comfortable sofa that can easily convert into a sofa bed. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property, so you can stay connected with ease. The dining area is adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen, featuring a full-size fridge, cookware, dishes, utensils, and drinkware. You can enjoy your meals on the counter-height island, perfect for a quick bite before heading out to explore the city. Each bedroom is furnished with a luxurious Euro-King sized bed, measuring 160cm x 200cm, ensuring a good night's rest. Both rooms come with their own air-conditioner and full-length mirror. Our bathroom is stocked with hot water and all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. We provide one towel per guest, so no need to bring your own. On the second floor, you can access a cozy outdoor balcony where smoking is allowed. Guest access **Guest will need to leave your Photo ID at the security post when you enter the compound.** You will have the entire place to yourself and your own privacy. We will provide you with an access code to the smart lock before check-in. Furry friends are welcome at an extra charge, please notify us in advance. There may be cars passing by between 10 am-9 pm due to the nearby sports center. Our check-in and check-out times are flexible as long as we don't have a continuing guest.
