Lembaga kursus komputer, tamu bisa melihat bagaimana orang muda Manggarai belajar IT di kelas, 2. Rumah Makan Chacha, tamu tidak kesulitan bila ingin menikmati makanan Indonesia atau ingin belajar memasak, kami juga menyediakan makanan untuk vegetarian. Kami adalah sebuah keluarga yang sangat terbuka, suka memasak dan menyukai travelling. 3. Kami menyediakan paket city tour : * Spider rice field - Tengku lese waterfall - Hobit cave * Spider rice field - Todo village * Pangkadari waterfall - Hobit cave * Paket Waerebo Semua paket maksimum 5 orang.

Konsep Chacha homestay & Dormitory adalah ingin membuat tamu merasa tinggal dengan sebuah keluarga di Flores. Kami memiliki ruang tamu bersama yang letaknya terbuka (outdoor) tempat dimana tamu bisa bercengkerama dan berinteraksi dengan host ataupun dengan tamu lainnya. Aktifitas harian host dapat dilihat oleh tamu seperti memasak dan lain-lain. Meskipun di tengah kota pada pagi hari kita masih bisa mendengar suara kicauan burung. Properti Chacha juga terletak disamping Agen bus Gunung Mas sehingga memudahkan para tamu untuk melanjutkan perjalanan dengan menggunakan bus.

Chacha homestay & Dormitory berada dekat dengan mini market, ATM, Laundry service, Rumah Sakit, Gereja Katedral, dan Sekolah, Bila ingin mengunjungi tempat wisata di sekitar ruteng bisa di akses dengan sepeda motor seperti tempat wisata : 1. Spider Rice Field (20 menit) 2. Hobit Cave (30 menit) 3. Tengkulese Waterfall (1jam 30menit) 4. Pangkadari Waterfall ( 1jam 30menit) ( Surga yang tersembunyi) Direkomendasikan. 5. Kampung Todo ( 1jam 30menit ) 6. Waerebo. (3jam) berkendara, 1-2 jam tracking. Kami memiliki rumah pantai 20 menit dari desa Denge menuju Waerebo. Biasanya bila tamu menyewa kendaraan kami, kami memberikan Alternatif untuk menginap di Waerebo atau di tempat kami Maksimum 5 orang dlm 1 mobil. 7. Chacha homestay & dormitory berada disamping Agen bus Gunung Mas. Sehingga memudahkan tamu untuk melanjutkan perjalanan.
