The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We used it as a base for visiting family and didn't spend much time there, so can't really comment on facilities (e.g. the kitchen). The location was ideal - about 30 mins from family, and only 15 mins from the coast (Easky and Enniscrone). Directions were good and it was well signposted. We met Paul (and his son) briefly - very friendly and helpful.
