Good location a stone's throw from the city centre, but a great variety of interesting bars and restaurants right at the doorstep. Hotel itself is very new with clean and up-to-date facilities, good shower, and a comfortable bed.

Nice hotel with a nice pub and restaurant inside in a very centric area of Dublin. I was only staying for a night and on the ground floor, but the moment I moved into the corridors leading to the rooms I stopped hearing the music and noise from the pub and restaurant area which was very nice. So very good sound insulation. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with the usual coffee, tea, biscuits and water. There was a kettle as well and cups. Check-in and check-out was painless and fast, they provided a map for the hotel as it is a bit big and different from the regular layouts you can find in other hotels. There is also a very close Luas stop nearby and several bus stops for anyone needing to move around visiting the city. I would certainly repeat the stay if I need to be around the area.
