Booked this for family for a 1 night stay. They had a great time. The place lovely and the host was so nice to them. They had a lovely stay it was only a pity it was so short a stay.

The Elm is a fully refurbished and modernised family home situated just outside the bustling town of Tuam in County Galway. While our guests share the house with our family, they have full privacy in their living quarters which includes 3 spacious double bedrooms, all with en-suites, a full kitchen and a sitting room. Surrounded by the tranquil countryside, sheep, cows and horses, but only a 5-10 minute drive to Tuam, which boasts large supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and more. It's a 30-minute drive into Galway city, 30 minutes to Knock International Airport, and just 1 hour to Shannon International Airport, it is the ideal location especially for international visitors. There is a public bus that stops just outside, which you can use to travel to Tuam, Galway city, and a number of villages in the area.
I am originally from South Africa and my husband is from England. Our Airbnb is also our family home (separate from the guest space), where we live with our 2 young daughters and 2 dogs. I'm in Marketing and my husband Rob is a chef, which is lovely because I'm terrible at cooking.
