This beautiful penthouse is located few steps from Argaman Beach and 7 min drive from the center. Best part: 70sqm terrace with incredible sea view. The perfect spot to relax and chill with our warm jacuzzi with the privacy you need. We have a fully furnished kitchen with a cozy living room and huge sea view windows and 4 bedrooms with queen size bed each. Close to restaurants, the famous gazpacho, and city center. Recommended for the family. Party are not allowed

Next to the building there is a tennis court, synagogue right in front . The famous Jonah restaurant and we recommend having breakfast at Jorno or at sunset the view in great! The apartment is situated in a building overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, providin stunning views of the coastline. The area is known for its beautiful beaches, with a long stretch of sandy coastline perfect for sunbathing and swimming. There are also several parks and green spaces in the neighborhood, including the Ir Yamim Park, which features walking and cycling paths, playgrounds, and sports fields. In addition to the natural attractions, Ir Yamim is also home to several shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment venues. The Ir Yamim Mall is one of the most popular shopping destinations in the area, featuring a variety of high-end fashion brands, restaurants, and cinemas.
