This beautifully designed and practical apartment has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a modern and spacious living\ dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a view to the beach. You will cross the parking lot and enter the building into a beautiful lobby. from there you will go up the elevator to the second floor. As you leave the elevator you will see apartment 14 right in front of you, on your right. On the apartment's door post you will find the keys to the house in the lockbox. You will enter a spacious room that includes a kitchen, living room and dining room. From the dining room you can enter a balcony to get some fresh sea air and enjoy the view. From here you will follow the hallway down to three bedrooms. The Master bedroom includes two medium size beds (85cm/190cm), high standard cable TV, a work area, a big walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with a shower. In the two other bedrooms you will find in each one a medium size bed (85cm/190cm) which can be opened into two beds (It will be opened upon request prior to arrival). In one of the rooms you will also find a baby's crib. Meaning technically we can host seven people. In the hallway there are two bathrooms, one of which also has a bathtub. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, there you can find cleaning supplies and extra equipment to use.
My name is Noam, and I am hosting my mother's apartment, which we use as a family in the summers. This home was designed by my parents with much thought, love and care as a summer vacation get-away for the children and grandchildren. Full of optimistic artsy colors, good energy and a mix of modern touches! The apartment is located in a high standard complex on Bareket St, just a short walk from the nearby beach. It's perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, travelers in the area and people coming in for holidays or events.
