Brand New duplex apartment, located in the true heart of Tel Aviv. This property spreads over 2 floors and features three bedrooms and a spacious dining and living area. The apartment is located at the entrance of the Kerem HaTeimanim neighbourhood on one side, and the famous Carmel Market on the other, and just minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches the city has to offer, Jerusalem beach. The residence is perfect for couples, families and groups of friends. Very well designed & comfortable apartment, which is located in a new building that enjoys private parking space, a secure lobby that you can enter using the code. When entering the duplex you will find a very nice living room and an open plan kitchen. The lower floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom and the upper floor has one bedroom and a bathroom. Our apartment has A LOT of storage space, floor to ceiling wardrobes in every bedroom. Warm design. Great utilities. Guests can access all of the apartments’ facilities. There is a comfortable & spacious sofa in the living room, as well as a smart TV with cable, DVD &VOD containing dozens of recorded series & movies to watch on demand (local and international)

The neighbourhood located beyond the Carmel market, originally founded in the 1930’s by immigrants from Yemen (therefore her name). since then it became discovered by bohemian tel avivians looking for inexpensive houses. even though many of the buildings are nicely renovated and influence by the artsy crowd, the neighbourhood is still populated by old timers and hasn’t lost its authenticity. it is full of charming and quaint, like a village. If you are looking for spicy yemenite food in a homey atmosphere, there are plenty of restaurants to try, Carmel market for fresh ingredients, clothes, flowers and many more, street art, bike rides in the small streets and enjoy the peace and quiet.
