New and exquisitely furnished, our 2 BHK premium flat offer an ideal space for families or small groups to relax. It comprises of two king size bedrooms with attached bathroom, and there is space for one more Sofa cum bed within the living area. Thus can easily accommodate total six people. Fully Air Conditioned with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and 43 inch flat TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The flat is airy and spacious with every room overlooking the magnificent pool. Within a five minute drive to world famous Baga Beach, a stones throw to the renowned Saturday Arpora night market, popular Night Club Cubana and a few minutes to Candolim, Calangute, Anjuna and Vagator beaches, this location offers great connectivity to North Goa. Within walking distance of popular restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Set within a quiet and delux apartment block, it has free parking, a gym, a garden, swimming pool with attached kids pool. This home is a place to replenish friendship, rediscover love and will offer you a blend of comfort and peace all within minutes of the best holiday location. THE RIGHT LOCATION Areia de Goa is surrounded by lush green hills and sparkling waters of the Arabian Sea. And while you enjoy all the peace and quiet, the hustle-bustle of touristy spots are close at hand. So when you’re done with a lazy day, you can head down to the catch of a good bargain at the flea markets of Anjuna or the Saturday market right here in Arpora. For the party animal, you’ll find the best entertainment and dining around every corner. Some of the popular closeby restaurants and cafes include FAT FISH (One of the best seafood joints in Goa, just 2 mins away), BRITTOS, BOMRAS and BABA AU RHUM. You just can't miss them. CLUB TITOS is Goa's most famous nightclub in Baga, located 1.5 Km away. The other famous nightclub CLUB CABANA is also closeby.
