The pool was chilyl and nice. The room was very big! With mini bar, which is important in the heat. The restaurant was very tasty and not expensive. Few minutes walk from the beach

The place is exceptional , the rooms are very clean and spacious. The property is just 3 mins walk from the beach. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable .The staff is very courteous and friendly. Service is top notch by Pooja,Pragathi, Sumitra,Ramdas and special thanks to Manager Shubham for making our stay so memorable. Ideal and very safe place to stay with family and friends.One of the best properties in South Goa.

Location location location The cleanliness the location and the pool makes this place a top choice for the Patnem area - Room fresh painted and spotlessly cLean wet room nicely tiled fridge kettle tv abs spot on (I stayed in superior room 705 ground floor next to reception ) efficient Aircon - expect to experience some power cuts but that’s India - pool is ice cold and perfect for the end of the day coming off the beach I would suggest they arrange some seating around it but think they are improving things daily as they upgrade this hotel Sumitra super helpful on reception Ramu and his team did great job keeping the grounds meticulously clean and pool (which is brand new!!) rooms cleaned upon request The restaurant across the road belonging to hotel offers fabulous food and room service at no extra charge was a winner also I would happily return thank you all till the next time 😎😎😎

Loved the location, barely 200 meters from the beach. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, especially Flenton who helped us with everything right from booking scooty to arranging boat ride. The room was comfortable and the place has a good Cafe that serves good food.
