The fine print
Camp Della rooms are located on a hill. Access to the tents is through stairs.
Personal vehicles will not be permitted within the premises. Internal transport will be provided up to the nearest pick up and drop off point.
Drivers are not allowed to sleep in the car in the parking lot and drivers’ accommodations is available for an additional cost of INR 2,000 + Taxes per night included breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the designated venue.
Driver accommodations would be subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms post 19.00 hrs. Post 19.00 hrs extra occupant charges would be applicable and the Visitor must register with the front desk with a valid photo ID.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Della Resorts of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of Rs. 5,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
