Our property is a unique independent 14-bedroom farmhouse on 3 acres of land, accommodating up to 28 guests. Our property is located near Westin, Sohna, a 30-minute drive from Gurgaon and Faridabad. The property is a combination of a 3 BHK Villa Unit and an 11 Bedroom Rooms + Recreation Block. Our property is ideal for large family staycations, private celebrations, corporate retreats, intimate weddings and much more. For recreation - we have a Swimming Pool, Cricket Equipment, Football, Badminton area, Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Board Games, Home Theater with Projector Mid-size gatherings/events can be hosted in open areas for up to 300 guests, and we have an Air-conditioned living area on the lower ground floor which can accommodate up to 50 guests indoors for hosting intimate affairs / corporate meetings or conferences. * Rates for hosting events are different from residential stays (booked here). We charge Rs. 1000 per person visiting guest charge based on the number of visitors coming. * A meal package starting at Rs. 2,400 per person per day for all meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, dinner) can be arranged. Taxes as applicable. A minimum 3 day prior intimation is required for us to organize the same. * Catering services are also available through our Meal Partners (subject to availability) starting at approx Rs. 3,000 per person per day (for all meals).

The neighbourhood is a peaceful farmhouse area. Westin Resort and Spa is 2 Km ahead of our property. *We recommend guests use personal cars as Ubers are not easily available. *We have ample parking for up to 20 cars inside the farmhouse and 50 cars along the boundary. *Additional valet parking can be arranged as per the requirement.
