Property info

Best apartment in best neighbourhood... has everything you can ask for ! Newly renovated, much larger than your typical city apartment and with high ceilings to give you a sense of space. The apartment gets lots of sunlight through large windows. Large spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The decor is contemporary and designed by the founder - an architect. Everything in this apartment is brand new and it shows. Central location. Steps away to Ocean and a beautiful Jogger’s park.

Neighborhood info

This is one of Mumbai's best locations. The apartment building is on a quiet tree lined street that is across from a beautiful jogging track next to the sea. The Carter promenade is also steps away. Every amenity is also within walking distance. A famous cricketer and national icon lives two buildings away. Bandra is THE place to stay in Mumbai. It's a vibrant and buzzing part of Mumbai with the highest concentration of restaurants and boutiques. Its is well connected to rest of Mumbai and its business districts of BKC, Lower Parel and Nariman Point, as well as the Express Highways. The society has a dedicated parking spot for this unit. Taxis. rikshaws are available right outside the building. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes away.
